Terms of Service

Please message me on Discord, Toyhouse, or DeviantArt (Mambastar on all three) with questions, comments, concerns, or feedback!Payment -
- I can only accept USD through Ko-fi, PayPal, and CashApp at this time.
- I will not refund unless I cannot complete your commission.
- Please don’t offer money that you don’t already have.
- If I’ve agreed to do a commission and you ghost me, this could result in the commission being cancelled and a potential blacklist. Please communicate with me if you cannot pay or aren’t interested anymore.
- I will not continue after the initial sketch/concept until the payment is made.
- I may or may not accept rush fees, which will vary in price depending on the deadline and type of art.General TOS -
- I have the right to decline a commission for any reason, including issues with time, energy, skill, or reasons I may not want to disclose.
- You may not alter my artwork in any way except for adding your own watermark after it is completed and paid for, given that my own signature is not obscured, or if I agree to a particular alteration.
- My artwork and designs cannot be used for commercial purposes without permission (see Design TOS below).
- Artwork and designs bought from me cannot be used for NSFW and malicious intentions, and cannot have any association to NFTs or AI.
- Commissions may be used as banners/profiles, and can be posted crediting my DeviantArt, Discord, or Toyhouse. (But please do not post them on Deviant Art as a deviation.)
- As the artist I have the right to post commissions/designs I’ve made. If you do not want me to do this with your commission, let me know! Also let me know if you wish to be credited.
- Copying, tracing, and redistributing my art is not permitted.
- I do not mind if you ask for WIPS and updates, but please keep it polite! I will update you on my own as well.Commissions -
- Payment will be made after the initial concept sketch in which you’ll receive a low-quality watermarked image, and prior to that is the only time I will completely redo the commission. After that, I may or may not take suggestions depending on the artwork.
- Reference Images should be clear and the palettes (except for pet drawings) are digital-only, even if the rest of the reference is drawn traditionally.Designs -
- Payment will be made after the initial concept is accepted by you, which will be watermarked and low-quality. After payment I will not completely redo the design, but I can make small changes.
- My designs should not be used commercially.
- You may only sell a design made for you at or under the price you bought it for, unless extra art is added.
- Designs themselves (not the artwork) may be altered, but not to the point where they’re unrecognizable from the original. I still require credit for the original design.By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms. Failure to comply may result in being blacklisted.Note: commissions could take me anywhere from a few days to a few months depending on how busy I am. I may have several commissions at once as well as school to focus on, and sometimes art can take a while! I do my best to give updates every week, or as soon as I make progress.

About The Artist

Hey there! I’m Mambastar, or Mamba! I’m a college student majoring in digital art!I’ve been drawing from a very early age, and since 2016 it’s my biggest passion. I’ve been doing digital art for a decade, and my introduction to Warrior Cats greatly boosted my inspiration (if you couldn’t tell, I really like cats!) As well as loving cats, I’m also a bird nerd!I draw a lot of inspiration from nature, as well as video games, books, and other artists!
